Velux Loft Conversion, Barnet

We completed this Loft Conversion in a beautiful detached home in a quiet private estate in Barnet. Our client approached us for guidance on how to utilise the unutilised loft space. Our architects advised them on creating a cinema and gym room to utilise the fantastic head height they already have in place. We wanted to give them the versatility to use their additional space in various ways. They were not after rooms, so the best way was to add a recreational living space that would also add value. The build was rapid as most of the work was internal, which meant we did not require any scaffolding or permits in this regard. Our team was able to complete all internal work within a month. With the finishing and bathroom work, it took us around 6-8 weeks to hand it over to the client. Our clients were pleased with the final finishing and recommended us to many friends who want to do the same to their existing loft spaces.
