Rear Dormer Conversion, Barnet

Our team had the opportunity to work on this fantastic Semi-detached house in the popular Barnet Road. Our client wanted to add two further bedrooms with en-suite facilities for their growing family. We suggested a rear dormer just like their neighbour's, as that suited their budget and roof style too. In addition, the client wanted to bring in a lot of natural lighting, so they opted for the large rear bottom-to-top windows. The second room was a great space as their kids' bedroom. With a growing family and three young children, our client's property was limited in space due to its traditionally proportioned semi-detached house in Barnet. They needed to extend and create two new bedrooms, one for themselves and one for their toddler. They had always wanted an en-suite, and by converting their loft, they were able to achieve this. They wanted a loft conversion with as much storage space as possible for their kids.

Solution

Our team converted the loft area to create two bedrooms for the family, along with a spacious en-suite. Important storage areas were created in the eaves for extra storage.
