Hip to Gable Loft Conversion, Barnet

Problem

With a growing family and two young kids, Amit and Priya were very tied up on space in their traditional semi-detached house in Stanmore. They wanted more space, an extra bedroom, and a bathroom. They also wanted to add a lot of storage space for the kids.

Solution

They opted for a hip-to-gable loft conversion and added a master bedroom with built-in wardrobes, along with a generously sized en-suite shower room. We added storage in the eaves for them.

The Results Were Impressive. The clever design of the stairs allowed the client to retain the exact space in their box room while gaining a brand-new master bedroom and an en-suite on the second floor. All in all, Amit and Priya got the vital space they needed as their family grows.
